This document establishes the no refund policy as the legal basis for all services provided by EEC Travel & Tourism. By engaging our services, you, the client, agree to adhere to this strict no refund policy, which is integral to the agreement between you and EEC Travel & Tourism.

1. Scope of Services

We offer a wide range of travel services, including visa applications, flight bookings, tour packages, and hotel reservations, primarily for UAE residents. This policy applies universally across all services provided.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

Once payment is made for any service, it is non-refundable. This includes payments made for visa processing, flight tickets, tour packages, and any other services offered by EEC Travel & Tourism. Clients should carefully review their selections and make all necessary decisions before finalizing their bookings.

3. Documentation and Commitment

Clients are responsible for providing all required documentation in a timely manner. Failure to provide necessary documents can result in service delays but does not warrant any refund. All documents handled by us are treated with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

4. Payment and Fees

Full payment is required upfront for all services, and once made, is non-refundable. This no refund policy applies irrespective of the service outcome, including cancellations or changes initiated by the client or any external factors.

5. Credit Note Option

In lieu of refunds, we provide a credit note if the client cannot use the service for which they have paid. This credit is valid for 90 days and can be used for any service offered by EEC Travel & Tourism. The original booking agent must coordinate the application of the credit note.

6. Processing Time and Approval

Service processing times are estimates and subject to variability. The no refund policy remains in effect regardless of any delays or changes in estimated processing times. Approval or rejection of services such as visas is at the discretion of external authorities. Our no refund policy applies regardless of the outcome.

7. Changes to Terms and Emphasis on No Refunds

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Changes do not alter the fundamental no refund nature of this policy.

8. Legal Framework and Compliance

This policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Laws and is intended to ensure transparency and fairness in our transactions. Clients are expected to fully understand and accept this no refund policy as a condition of service
