  • Full payment is required in advance to confirm any service. No processing will begin without payment confirmation.
  • All fees charged are for service handling, processing, and coordination only.
  • EEC Travels does not guarantee visa approval, entry permission, airline boarding, or immigration clearance.
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary due to third-party authorities.
  • Clients must provide accurate and complete documents.
  • All decisions are made solely by embassies, immigration, airlines, and border authorities.
  • EEC Travels is not liable for any losses, delays, or additional costs caused by third parties.
  • We are not responsible for delays or rejections due to incorrect information.
  • Additional fees (if any) for card, Tabby, Tamara, or international payments are directly charged by the payment gateway provider and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Payment confirms full acceptance of all terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once payment is made and processing has started, services cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before processing begins.
  • Urgent or last-minute bookings may not be eligible for cancellation due to immediate processing.
  • Any third-party costs (visa fees, tickets, bookings) are non-cancellable once confirmed.

REFUND POLICY

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing before payment.
  • Refunds (if approved) will only apply to unused services and may exclude third-party charges.
  • No refunds will be issued for visa rejection, delays, or decisions made by immigration authorities
  • Service fees cover processing, documentation, and coordination, and are non-refundable once initiated.
