Route 1: Turkish eVisa — who qualifies?
The official eVisa is only issued on evisa.gov.tr. Many UAE-resident nationalities (for example India, Pakistan, Philippines, Egypt, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka) are eligible only when they hold a valid supporting visa or residence permit from the USA, UK, Schengen area or Ireland. A UAE residence visa alone usually does not qualify. Rules differ by nationality, so always check your passport on the official site.
