EEC Travels is an independent, privately owned travel agency and service provider. We are not an embassy, consulate, government immigration department or airline, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority.
Visas are issued by authorities only
EEC Travels does not issue visas. We coordinate applications through official sponsors and authorised third parties. Every visa is granted or refused solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authority, and no approval is guaranteed.
Service fees
Our fees cover service handling, document preparation and coordination only. Government charges, where applicable, are set by the authorities. Fees are non-refundable unless agreed in writing, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Flight reservations for visa files
Flight reservations are temporary itinerary bookings provided for visa and embassy documentation purposes only. They are not paid air tickets and cannot be used for travel, check-in or boarding. Reservations may expire or be released by the airline.
Third-party decisions
Embassies, visa centres, airlines, insurers and border authorities make their own decisions. EEC Travels is not liable for refusals, delays, policy changes or other decisions made by third parties.
