Visa: Azerbaijan e-visa required. UAE residents are approved online in 3 to 5 working days — we prepare and submit the application for you.
Cancellation: Free date change up to 21 days before departure. 50% refund between 20 and 10 days. No refund inside 10 days as flights and hotels are already issued.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date
- Comfortable walking shoes needed for the Old City and Gabala days
- September evenings in Gabala drop to around 14C — bring a light jacket
- Azerbaijani manat (AZN) is the local currency; cards accepted in Baku

Do I need a visa for Azerbaijan?
Yes, an e-visa is required. We prepare and submit it for you — approval usually takes 3 to 5 working days. The government fee of AED 95 per person is paid separately.
Is the flight included in the price?
Yes. The AED 2,650 per adult includes return economy flights from Dubai with 30 kg checked baggage, so there is nothing extra to book.
Can I join without flights?
Yes — tell us on WhatsApp and we will quote a land-only version if you are flying separately or from another emirate.
How large is the group?
12 to 18 guests with one English-speaking guide for the whole trip.
How do I pay?
AED 750 per person confirms your seat and the balance is due 21 days before departure. We send a secure payment link by email and WhatsApp.
