Turkey Visa from Dubai for UAE Residents

Quick answer

UAE residents apply in one of two ways. If your nationality is eligible and you hold a valid USA, UK, Ireland or Schengen visa or residence permit, you can usually get the Turkey eVisa online. Otherwise you need a sticker visa through the Turkey visa centre (VFS Global) in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. EEC Travels checks your eligibility, prepares your file and provides your flight reservation and travel insurance — the Turkish authorities make the visa decision.

Frequently asked questions

Can UAE residents get a Turkey visa online?

Some can. Many nationalities (for example Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and Egyptian passport holders) can apply for the Turkey eVisa only if they hold a valid visa or residence permit from the USA, UK, Ireland or a Schengen country. A UAE residence visa on its own usually does not qualify for the eVisa — in that case you apply for a sticker visa through the Turkey visa centre in the UAE.

Where do UAE residents apply for a Turkey sticker visa?

Sticker (consular) visa applications are submitted through the official Turkey visa application centre run by VFS Global in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Appointments can fill up quickly in summer and holiday seasons, so book early.

What documents are needed for a Turkey visa from Dubai?

Typically: passport valid at least 6 months, UAE residence visa / Emirates ID, recent photo, completed application form, bank statements, salary certificate or trade licence, flight reservation, hotel booking and travel insurance. Exact requirements depend on your nationality and are set by the Turkish authorities.

How long does a Turkey visa take from the UAE?

An eVisa is often issued quickly online once eligible. Sticker visa processing time is decided by the Turkish consulate and can vary by season and nationality — apply well before your travel date.

Can EEC Travels help with my Turkey visa?

Yes. We check your eligibility, prepare and review your documents, help with the online form and appointment, and provide a verifiable flight reservation (AED 80) and travel insurance. EEC Travels is a service provider — the visa decision is made only by the Turkish authorities.

Is the AED 80 flight reservation a paid ticket?

No. It is a flight reservation for embassy visa documentation only — it is not a paid ticket and cannot be used to travel.
